PIMA S.A., is seeking to hire a Civil Engineer based in Thessaloniki

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance Team and build a high performing group by providing guidance and objectives
• Plan and resolve installation and repair activities in a proactive and timely manner identifying realistic and cost-effective solutions
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities including analyzing equipment needs, defining and implementing corrective actions, develop preventive and predictive maintenance practices
• Monitor the execution of daily tasks of the Maintenance Team
• Monitor and improve the efficient usage of spare parts
• Perform quality control on the completion of Maintenance Tasks
• Apply safe working practices for all the team

The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Civil Engineer position should have:

• Bachelor of Civil Engineer. Post graduate studies is a plus
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Excellent knowledge in AutoCAD, Ms Project, and Ms Οffice
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in large-scale projects/developments in the field of  residential complexes and/or hospitality
